Interview with Peng Su

Peng Su ("PS") interviewed on Saturday, 30 June.

Could you please tell us about your experience as a designer, artist, architect or creator?

PS : 5 years since I graduated from college, I have done design work.

How did you become a designer?

PS : When I graduated from college majoring in design, I became a designer because I liked design.

What are your priorities, technique and style when designing?

PS : Computer-aided design, don't rely on him, hands on the practice is the most important

What particular aspects of your background shaped you as a designer?

PS : Enjoy the fun of life, is the way to improve the level of design, do not build cars behind closed doors, more exchanges

What is your growth path? What are your future plans? What is your dream design project?

PS : Trying to design a solution to life. Design for solving social problems

What are your advices to designers who are at the beginning of their career?

PS : Keep the dream of the original design

You are truly successful as a designer, what do you suggest to fellow designers, artists and architects?

PS : Do what you have to do. Learn from each other.

What is your day to day look like?

PS : Every day, work and life are separated. After work, you don't talk about work. You enjoy life.

How do you keep up with latest design trends? To what extent do design trends matter?

PS : Designers shake the design trend, but respect yourself and don't drift with the tide

How do you know if a product or project is well designed? How do you define good design?

PS : The purer the design, the better the design.

What is your biggest design work?

PS : This award-winning work is an improvement on my design because I am considering the price of the product and making it acceptable to everyone. Try to be cheap in material and technology and show the design idea

PS : Kan Tai-keung

Would you tell us a bit about your lifestyle and culture?

PS : Music is part of my writing and my life.

Would you tell us more about your work culture and business philosophy?

PS : I'm a startup. As long as I stick to my principles, I'll be rewarded.

What are your philanthropic contributions to society as a designer, artist and architect?

PS : The winning works are charity works, all of which are donated to poor schools.
